The Crompton T5 LED Tube Light is designed for direct-to-mains connection, eliminating the need for a ballast.
It features a cool white 4000K color temperature that provides a bright and comfortable light. The tube offers instant full light output, making it convenient for immediate illumination. Additionally, it comes with a 5-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability.
The tube length is 1149mm (1163mmmm with pins), fitted with a G5 cap and a color rendering index of ≥82, ensuring accurate color representation. Boasting a rated life of 40,000 hours with 15,000 switching cycles, it’s designed for durability and performance.
Crompton Lamps LED T5 direct to mains tube should be wired directly to the mains. DO NOT use a ballast designed for use with fluorescent T5 tubes. Warranty excludes damage that may be caused from wiring into a ballast. The luminaire to which it is installed may need re-wiring. Ballast must be bypassed by a qualified person. Not suitable for dimming or emergency circuits. Recommended for indoor use only. Please refer to the manufacturers website for further details.

In instances where large numbers of bulbs fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

What doesn't our warranty cover?
In any instance where your bulb has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.
'Misuse" includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
