TUV germicidal T8 tube light bulb emits short wave ultraviolet UV-C radiation peaking at 254nm. Effective and environment-friendly disinfection without chemicals for killing bacteria and other microorganism, ideal for use use in pond filters killing algae or disinfection of drinking water, among other applications.

Fitted with a standard sized G13 2-pin (13mm apart) caps to both ends.

These light bulbs must be used in an appropriate, fully enclosed fitting. They should not be used as a substitute for fish tank lights etc. or for the purpose of illuminating enclosed aquaria. Not suitable for household room illumination.
