A special purpose fluorescent T5 tube light bulb, designed especially for use in butchers shops, hospitality, retail & consumer environments, the FHE35W/T5/176 0001821 FoodStar Meat fluorescent tube from Sylvania has been developed to ensure natural and reliable visual display of meat products.

With a colour temperature 3000K and a CRI(ra) of 84, the FoodStar Meat range offer a specific spectrum which Illuminates meat and charcuterie in their optimum colours for an irresistible presentation.

The FHE35W/T5/176 FoodStar Meat Tube boast a nominal lifespan of 24,000 hours and an energy efficiency 'B' rating. The protective FEP coating meets the IEC600682-75 pendulum hammer test (5 Joule) and 4m drop test demonstrating excellent glass retention in the event of accidental light bulb breakage

N.B. Listed as a 1450mm fluorescent T5 tube but is actually 1463mm INCLUDING the pins.

Fitted with standard G5 2-pin (5mm apart) caps to both ends.

Please note that this light bulb will operate with most AC and DC 12V transformers. However, some 12V transformers may have a minimum required load which may not be met when installing low powered LEDs: these drivers may cause flickering or the LEDs not to function correctly. If this issue arises it may be necessary to source a suitable LED driver. Please refer to the manufacturers website for compatibility.
