Lightbulbs Direct - COVID-19 Statement
As you are probably aware, due to the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic there is a need for full clarity of how this will affect our business at Lightbulbs Direct.
We have prepared a full and comprehensive contingency plan to help deal with the impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic on both our staff and representatives and to aid in the full continuation of everyday business.
We will be continuing our business as usual, albeit with a reduced on-site staffing levels, and we will endeavour to maintain our customer services and excellent delivery and distribution levels, however, at this time, we are not able to offer our Express24 delivery service and all our orders will be sent on our standard 3-5 day service.
As a responsible employer we will be monitoring all Government and Department of Health advice daily and will react to any new developments accordingly.
