*Orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00pm on Friday 19th December will be dispatched via tracked Royal Mail in time for their final pre-Christmas postage cut-off. While this does not guarantee Christmas delivery, your parcel should arrive in time provided there are no delays within the postal network.

- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders received by 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. To check your order status, please log into your account and navigate to the "My Orders" page.
- Delivery Methods: We choose the most appropriate delivery method, typically first-class post or courier. While 95% of orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are delivered the next working day, this is only guaranteed if you select the "Next Working Day" delivery option.
- Royal Mail Deliveries: Standard Royal Mail delivery may take up to 15 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders sent via standard delivery until this period has passed.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the delivery times mentioned above, deliveries may take longer during busy periods. Occasionally, technical updates or force majeure events (such as extreme weather or industrial action) may impact the availability of certain delivery services or require us to adjust order cut-off times and delivery schedules. We will always work to minimize these disruptions.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) to accept your order. If our couriers are unable to deliver due to the address being unoccupied, they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If no contact is made, the order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge will apply.
- Excessive Delays: If delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to purchase alternative items or receive a full refund. If we cannot deliver within 28 days of your order, you will always have the option to receive a full refund.
