LED GLS Light Bulbs

The GLS LED light bulb shape hasn’t changed since the early 1800s when it was invented.

GLS stands for “General Lighting Service” and the shape of the bulb means they can retrofit directly into most of your common found lighting fixtures without too much additional effort.

LED technology’s introduction has allowed it to expand to a wide range of LED GLS variations with warm white, cool white or daylight colours - and a range of different styles from opal to clear LED filament with dimmable LED versions available. Using between 5 and 17.5W of electricity, LED bulbs are energy-saving and reduce energy consumption by up to 90%.
