In instances where large numbers of products fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

In any instance where your product has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period).
