Product Description

The MASTER LEDspot range of LED spotlights from Philips is designed to provide a viable and cost effective alternative to the outgoing halogen spotlights that are due to be phased out by the European Union next year.

They are more efficient, more reliable and longer lasting than those they are designed to replace, yielding a raft of savings throughout their lifetime, from instantaneous energy savings to reduced maintenance costs further down the line.

The mains voltage GU10 pictured here uses just 3.5W but delivers the same light quality and brightness as a 35W bulb. Additionally, the 2,000 hour rated lifetime of comparable halogen spotlights pales into insignificance when compared to the 35,000 hours of this LED version.

LED technology is inherently more efficient than halogen light bulbs and ultimately gives off less heat, UV and IR, meaning that LED spotlights are much better suited to heat-sensitive applications related to food, organic materials and paintings.

This particular version retrofits directly to existing GU10 fixtures and diffuses its light within a 40° beam angle.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION

Last postage dates for mainland UK.

Standard Delivery - 12 pm Wednesday 19th December*

*Any order placed for an in-stock item by 12 pm Wednesday 19th December will be dispatched by standard Royal Mail in time for their last postage cut off. Whilst this does not guarantee you Christmas delivery, as long as there are no delays with the postal service then your order should be with you in time for Christmas.

Next Day Delivery - 1 pm Thursday 20th December*

*Any order placed for an in-stock item by 1 pm Thursday 20th December will be dispatched for delivery on Friday 21st December.

If you arrange an urgent delivery, there is still no absolute guarantee that it will be delivered the next day, as, despite our best efforts, courier failure/errors and ‘acts of god’ may still occur. Therefore while every effort will be made to have your goods delivered on time, LightBulbs Direct Ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of delayed delivery.

If delivery is delayed excessively, we will do our utmost to inform you as soon as possible. We are happy to give you the option of purchasing alternative items or receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made.

Delivery charges quoted are for UK mainland destinations only using our standard delivery methods. For deliveries over 1.5kg to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, off-shore destinations and express services, please contact our sales office for a quotation.

Please note that most orders weighing in excess of approximately 1.5 kg and any valuable deliveries are delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

Please make sure that you always order your light bulbs to arrive well before you need them as costs of cherry pickers and sub contractors are always more expensive than the light bulbs themselves.
